I love it. I think this is how the devs wanted to make.

I wonder if in Revision it's still not adviseable for tourists to wander the canals at night...

looks cool, but do you guys know the words in signs means?
饭店 means restaurant.
色情女孩 means....sound too discomfort. I think you guys want it mean "hot girl", so, i suggest you change 色情女孩 to 热情女孩 or 性感美女.

Yeah, but the majority of the players don't speak mandarin or cantonese so the most of us are like "Oh, look! Pretty flashing chinese symbols! *pukes rainbow*" xd
But if the devs have the time and patience to fix these errors, then why not.

That's great! Could you contact us post-release when you've went through Hong Kong to correct any mistakes we've made. We've tried to be as accurate as possible, but sometimes it might not be perfect.

frankly say, i think change some sign/banner is not enough to that level.
that's hongkong, and it need a remake of the layout. it's the most urgly city you have made so far. but i do not want the release date delay, so you may like to leave the issue there. i'm also waitting your release. it's allready 201506....life is short.....

We've changed it now, however I'm curious to what it means.

well 色情 means sexual service or sex, 女孩 simply means girl, but some people may see the words of girls leaning toward younger ages.

性感美女 on the other hand is appropriate, 性感 means sexy, 美女 means beautiful woman, there can be no other interpretation of this at all, very straight forward.

A few months late but...

Look man its 2050 and attitudes towards this sort of stuff have changed! Two words. Augmented vaginas.

As a Chinese I totally agree with bbsbot. The images looks great but those characters...? 性感美女 sounds better, 热辣 would be good too. But at least , 色情女孩 is readable, not something random.

Description

The canals near the Wan Chai Market in Hong Kong. At night, a quiet part of the city home to drifters, fortune-seekers, and plenty of neon.
