Dei Agminum (Armies of God) is an ambitious mod project aimed at becoming the premiere Medieval II Total War Crusades mod. Its origins can be traced back to the Broken Crescent Submod "Jersualem Rising". It will use the Crusades campaign from Kingdoms as a base but will in time morph into its own distinct entity. For now I will concentrate on revamping the Crusades campaign through this mod. This will include renaming existing units, settlements and factions with their historical names, introducing historically accurate buildings and new units and completely remaking unit art/UI (models, textures, banners, screens and etc.) and introducing other assets. For now these are the mod's main priorities.

This mod is extremely promising. I know there’ve been many attempts to cover this era faithfully, but a lot of those projects were short-lived, except for maybe BC. Hoping that this project reaches the finish line. The models and textures are well done and alongside the other new elements, breathe new life into this game. Maybe there will be more immersive elements down the road like unique ancillaries? Can’t wait for some Muslim factions, thank you for this gem so far!
An awesome, mainly graphical overhaul of the Crusades campaign. I wish there were more campaign gameplay improvements (traits, ancs, scripts, buildings) and a more detailed map.
Perfection
This mod has sublime unit and general models for the crusader period in the late 12th century; It is better than any other crusade mod out there, period. You get to have legendary historical figures such as Salah ad-Din, Nur ad-Din, Baldwin IV, Richard the Lionheart, and even Balian of Ibelin (modeled in their own unique glory) to lead your armies and fight beautiful battles. You could think of it as a Kingdom of Heaven simulator.
