Causa Belli 2.2 file - DarthMod Empire for Empire: Total War

You could always play as pirates just go to the launcher and go to campaigns and click custom. Now everyone is unlocked except for emergent. Also pirates if very broken With only 2 units and some cannons for the whole game and the only way to trade is to make your home region a trade port and every thing you capture must have a trade port to get money also to be able to use the trade anchors.

Are there any additional mods that make pirates more balanced?

however Minor factions Revenge mod seams to have gotten some issues of late. couldn t do Diplomacy, witch is key to end wars or to make "hey I want that land or I got to war with you" I have Played the Pirates with this mod, and it works for a while. until the English or french comes with Ships and troops, to eradicate you from the map :P

Pirates don't need trade. That's what plundering ships is for.

Custom was made for addons, it looked like you could play Pirates but you cannot command troops, nor do you have territory

that is a fow glitch just go into the list tabs and move an army/ship

Minor Factions Revenge have pretty good Pirate campaign.

you know the one place i noticed that has proper looking line troops when they do go rogue is newfoundland island... dunno why or to what extent but they become their own confederacy or something i wonder if that would be playable

How to install:When you have downloaded you will see these files
copy the following files to your games data folder CB_Core2.2 (download and use the REVISED > Attachment 315952 )
cb_localisation (download and use the REVISED localization and delete DME_UPC_v6_3)
CB_models
CB_2.2models
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Empire Total War\data
copy the scripting.lua to the following folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Empire Total War\data\DME\Campaigns\Custom
You may ignore the CB2.2 Release Pack 7z file

open the DME launcher menu
edit - user script
using the add function add the following lines:-
CB_Core2.2
cb_localisation
CB_models
CB_2.2models
press update user script
Open the folder Standard CB Custom Startpos, and copy the three files to the following folder (with the launcher open)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Empire Total War\data\DME\Campaigns\Custom
open campaign - custom
make any additional game play changes you want, the press Start to launch the game

NOTE: If you want to use the esf with the two extra towns (mine in Dagestan and logging camp in Komi) copy the pathfinding.esf and the regions.esf after you backup the originals to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Empire Total War\data\campaign_maps\global_map folder

It is casus both in singular and plural.

And yet you are wrong too, i think it is causa, causae what it´s refering to in the title, that can be translated in english as the reason or motivation or cause or occasion or pretence etc..
Casus, casus, that you have mentioned, has a completely different meaning in latin and the obviosly in other languages, it can means something like fall, overthrow, misfortune, accident, error, even death in some case and etc.
So it´s very likely that he refers to causa, causae and the title isn´t incorect, because causa belli means exactly "A reason for the war" or "A reason of war" or even more litteraly "reason of war", in this case belli refers to bellum, bella neutral second declination, wich means that the genitive form of the singular is belli, that translated means "of war".

Ok, you are making good point here, but still i am not happy woth the title because in casus belli is political term used since roman times up to modern age. I know that it os mentioned in caesars "De bello Gallico", probably even earlier becaise it is not term Caesar invented, but i personaly have not seen the example so i will not guarantee it. Term casus belli is term so unchanged and regular across the ages that we can call it formula.
Again i am not saying that what you writed here is wrong, you made some good points from linguistic points and I agree woth them, i am just not happy with this titlw because correct as it may be from linguist point of view is politically clumsy at best.

Two different point of wiew, causa is, gramatically speaking of course, more correct, casus in the other hand like u say is correct too because it became a formula in time, so it´s all about what you like best in the end. Personaly I liked them both, not because one is more gramaticaly correct then the other or viceversa the other is more used the other one, but because i liked the mod :D

Thats because the new mine in dagastan causes ctds if armies go near. Also Deli horsemen cause CTDs always. so if your playing the ottomans disband the 1 unit of deli horsemen you start with.
