The focus of the CounterTerrorism Mod is to bring a balanced, realistic mod to the Battlefield 1942 community. The mod currently consists of 4 different factions making up 2 full campaigns.
One campaign is full-on urban combat complete wth SWAT vehicles and civilian vehicles which can be used by the terrorist faction. Emphasis is put on player vs player and teamwork instead of the typical unbalanced vehicle based mods currently in release for Battlefield 1942.
We have an actual S.W.A.T. team from Austin, TX providing consultation in order to keep the level of realism as high as possible. However, gameplay will not be sacrificed for realism by any mean.
Our second campaign has not been announced publicly as it is something that we have not seen done with any other 1942 mod yet. More info will be available on this campaign as soon as we reach a certain point with development.
