What would Half-Life 2 have been like if we had gotten the version shown to us in the official promotional materials? Coterminus attempts to answer that question as well as provide a platform for others to make mods based on Half-Life 2 cut content.
Beta extravaganza!
Not only is it doing it's own thing but it also acts as a front for custom beta content on the retail engine!
If only more people actually used it for their beta shenanigans instead of creating multiple Moddb pages for mods that will probably never release.

love it, bhoping is there so its a instant 10 out of 10, the only hting i didnt really like was how the 1 inch water apparently has leeches which is kind of anoying, so i hope the leeches get moved a little further away so i can atleast swim a little, i skipped the car sections btw, i didnt use a car, i bhopped the entire chapter, pretty cool mod tho
Beta mod that is actually released? Give creator a medal.
I really enjoyed the two complete chapters included in the first release.
And overall this mod will be a good platform for anyone willing to port storyline chapters from beta to retail.

it enchances any beta models even has its own options like mmod
it also recreates beta weapons! such as remade animations of hmg, ar1, and flare gun, reflective scope of oicw, and some shiny weapons (not all of them almost :p)
it also had perfect better beta npcs like houndeyes, which has blinking, and its better eyes (does not include death and pain sounds), plus the bullsquids are better now, including its blinking eyes!
its all a perfect recreation, not really redux or remake

A cool and tidy mod that gives me just no reason to deduct from the 10/10 score. It's great to see it becoming a small but continuously used base for fan addons, and I'm glad to have contributed some of my own.
This mod is just amazing no doubt I like how the coast and the prison somewhat resemble both the beta versions and retail versions to some point I like some of the beta maps are edited to fit into the mod along with some of the retail maps edited or just original maps hope this mod becomes a success
