Commander Survival Kit (short C.S.K.) is the official Project Name of the Reinforcement and Fire Support Manager Sim Mod for the Game Supreme Commander Forged Alliance. This Sim Mod adds two new Managers into the game, which makes it possibile to call Reinforcements and Weapon Barrages as Fire Support. This gives the Player new Options to interact with the Game directly and help his Units/Armies in Battle with additional Units or Backup. C.S.K. is designed to be used in the Campaign, FAF Survival Mode or agianst Survival related AI's in General but can be used in regular Skirmish or Multiplayer Battles as Well.

Commander Survival Kit: Units (short C.S.K.: Units) is the upcoming official Unit Pack of this Project. It will introduce several new Units, Interesting Concepts and Features. Some Units of this Unit Pack where originally planned to appear in my two discontinued Mods FBP New Techs and FBP Defenses of the Future Battlefield Pack Modproject. These two FBP Mods are now Part of C.S.K. Units and will provide it with new content.

Commander Survival Kit: Research (short C.S.K.: Research) is an upcoming Sim Mod, which introduce an advanced Research System with an Specific Designed User Interface. Each Faction will get access to several different Research Trees. The Player will also be able to Unlock new Techlevels, new Units, Abilities and other new Features by Research.

Hello everyone,
today I'm glad to inform you the first official Version of the Commander Survival Kit has arrived.
After several Months of development it is finally here to see the light of the World and its Players.

What are the next Plans?:
First of all new types of Air strikes will appear in the next Version.
For example a callabe Swarm of Torpedo Bombers or an powerful callabe AP Bomb Strike againts Buildings.

Next to of this a few Heavy Carpet Bomber Air strikes will be reworked.
The Rework will include the appearence of new types of Heavy Bombers such as:

Of course some new Air Crafts and other new Units will appear for each Factions.
For example an new Tech 3 Ground Attack Fighter for the UEF.

Dropable Turrets and Buff Devices:

The Fire Support Manager will be expanded with new equipment in the future.
Some dropable Defenses will appear in the Mod for each faction.
Compared to the regular Turrets these new Defenses are coming with two new core Features:
Enhancement Upgrades
Defense Engineering Suit(Builds addional Defenses arround the Turret)

Next to of this you be able to buff your Land Units or Structures with some Buffs.
For example additional Health, Regeneration, Rate of Fire Buff or damage Buff for Weapons.

New Units as Reinforcements
A few selected Units from other popular Unit Mods will appear as new Land and Air Reinforcments
These Mods are Brewlan, 4th- Dimension, Blackops and a few others
Of course i will create a few new Units as well.

Nomads:
Regarding to FAF the Nomads will recive their Reinforcments and Fire Support Manager as well
So you can expect some Nomads stuff in the Future.

And probalby More (maybe Naval Reinforcements...)

All in all
The Mod itself is an good Stage so far and some interesting things are on the horizon.

I feel like seraphim is hugely left out on this mod. Which is disappointing because they are my favorite faction. I seem to understand the research point generation. Like I generate a good amount of it during the game but I can't tech up.

Fully understandable but I want to mention:
CSK Units is still in Development.

That means the Seraphim will get New Units soon. The Reason why I start to make New Units for the other 3 Factions first is there are easier to create. So don't worry the Seraphim will get New Toys as Well. ;)

Commander Survival Kit: Research is still in Development and Not finished yet. So several things Like the Unlock of New Techlevels are not coded so far. But I will continue to Work on it soon.

Hello, I am playing (steam) campaign and I have added the campaign mode enabler, tactical points are not generated even after I complete the level. can you tell me how to solve it? thanks

Are you Play the Steam Version of Supreme Commander or Forged Alliance?
Do you have Download the Mod from here (Moddb) or from GitHub?
Do you have follow the Install Instructions inside of the included Read Me File or on GitHub to Install the Mod correctly?
Since You Play the Steam Version of the Game you will need to Install the Lobby Enhancement Mod 4.6 next to of the Commander Survival Kit which is included in the Download ZIP File. The Installation of the Lobby Enhancement Mod 4.6 is only required for the Steam Version of the Game to add the new Lobby Options for the Point Generation of the two Managers. You can find the SCD File of the Lobby Enhancement Mod 4.6 inside of the Gamedata Folder, which is located in the Download ZIP File. Just Put the Lobby Enhancement Mod 4.6 SCD File into the Gamedata Folder of the Game and Restart the Game. An activation of the Lobby Enhancement Mod 4.6 inside of the Mod Manager is Not required. After that is done Go to the Skirmish Lobby. You should See alot of New Lobby Options related to the two Managers of the Commander Survival Kit. I recommend to start an Skirmish Match to Check Out of the Functionality of the Point Generation for both Managers. If anything Works you can start the Campaign. Since the Campaign doesn't has an Lobby compared to the Skirmish and Multiplayer Matches it will probably load the Basic Values for the Point Generation for the two Managers. Hope that helps. If it still doesn't Work write me an Personal Message here on Moddb for better Support.

Hi, sorry I wasn't available the other day, I play Forged Alliance
I downloaded the mod from Moddb
I followed the included instructions for installing the Hall Enhancement Mod 4.6
I started a skirmish match and the points generated worked fine but when I got back to the campaign, the points weren't generating

The Point Generation should Work in the Campaign.
However I Play with the Development Version of the Commander Survival Kit on GitHub, which is the Most Recent Version of the Mod. Since the Campaign doesn't has an Lobby the new Command and Tactical Centers are an another Option to generate the Points for both Managers. They are included in the Development Version of the Commander Survival Kit on GitHub and Not in the latest Moddb Version. Additionally the Development Version on GitHub has some fixes in the Code of the Point Generation which are related to Skirmish and the Campaign. I still working on the next Version for the Commander Survival Kit, which will be Released soon. So I would recommend to Install the GitHub Version of the Commander Survival Kit from here:

On GitHub there is an Green Button called "Code" where you can find the Option to download the ZIP File. The Install Instructions are basically the Same but If you have any Problems let me know.

There was a small issue when I read the mod save into the campaign and the ICONS for the reinforcement and weapon barrage were gone. It doesn't bother me. I just thought you should know.

You mean the Icons didn't Show Up after you Load an Save Game? Was the Save Game an new or old one?
It is possible that a few unknown Issues will appear If you Play the Commander Survival Kit in the Campaign. Didn't have Test Out anything in the Campaign yet so I looking forward for Additional Feedback. There is an other Issue which is already known.: The Callable Air Strikes are only working If the Map is fully expanded in an Campaign Mission. So you can call the Callable Air Strikes If the Map is fully expanded mostly in the latest Phases of the Mission. Just a Note and I looking for an fix regarding to These Issues.

Ah now I understand what you mean with the two Icons. I have check out the Commander Survival Kit in an Campaign Mission today. If you start and play an Campaign Mission the two Buttons for the Reinforcement and Fire Support Managers are available and visible. However if you save the Campaign game and load it after that the two Buttons are gone. This is an Issue, which only appears in the Campaign it seems. After that I tried the same thing in an Skirmish Match. So I create an Save Game with the Mod in Skirmish. The two Buttons were still available and visible after I load the saved Skirmish Game. This Issue needs to be analyzed in Detail and adressed for an Fix. Thank you so much for the Report. I recommend to play an Campaign Mission fully with the Mod without to save it. I know this sounds dump a bit but that is currently the best solution until the Fix for it arrives.
