This will be a Star Wars mod for Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars, our hope is to make a new experience that will remain somewhat in the C&C3 style of gameplay while bringing some new elements for avid players of the C&C 3 series and hopefully a mod that be successful will add more variety to the already growing and exciting C&C 3 mods currently available

We are still in the very early stages in developing the mod, currently we are working on the Empire and Rebel Factions and are in the process of making infantry, vehicles and aircraft models for each faction

Our future plans are to eventually make some campaigns missions as well as add more factions from different era's of the Star Wars Universe such as Republic/CIS, Old Republic/Sith Empire, New Republic/Imperial Remnant, possibly even the Yuuzhan Vong, as well as many Pirate factions like the Hutt Cartel, Zann Consortium and much more to come

We are still in need of modelers and concept artists, if anyone is interested in helping with the mod contact either J.A.Q. or DoDoCat

Dang didn't know there were any max users left, that's hardcore commitment, still would have been easier to use blender. You can actually sculpt in it now, well congrats anyway looks like an amazing mod.

actually the 3dsmax9 only work as a model exporter for us, we do our work mostly in newer versions of 3dsmax, sometimes blender too for it's multi-purpose

Do you know where to purchase or aquire 3ds max 9? That version is abandonware. Otherwise i have to figure out how to export from blender. I can export the w3x model in blender but it does not recognize the material/texture files. I have no idea where to find a tutorial on that in blender. If i did I would be able to release all sorts of projects for both RA3 and Tiberium Wars.

you don't have to use blender itself to export the materials. Just open the W3X files as text files, and search for 'FXshader' or 'texture' in it, you can write those parameters yourself (i recommend copying from an existing W3X file, and change the texture file names)
