Will be in the game all the generals from zero hour? And will be a sea units, how it is in red alert?

99% of them, yeah, and all ZH generals too. No sea units for RC2, they either have to be comically small or just map placed entities, like in Crysis Coast for RC1.

Does RA3 Support toxic and radiating clouds i was sure i have seen this in early stage development but not now
