There will be some mixes, like playing 2 sides in time, but it's still in plan stage, everything can be changed in any moment, so just wait for news

This looks great! Based on what I remember, the RA3 engine is capped at 30FPS. Is there any way to rise this number?

Nope, it's been "fenced off" in RA3, even if it wasn't - whole game logic is tied to FPS, so it acts the same way when you set unlimited FPS in Generals, everything is super fast.
