CnC: Final War is a semi-total conversion for Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge that retells the Second Great War between Allied forces located mostly in Europe and the massive Soviet Empire, that has expanded well across the eastern continent.
Runways, and pad aircraft, have returned to Final War. Each Runway ($750) can hold two aircraft at it's strip and are available as soon as a player owns an Airfield. Runways are concrete slabs, so they require no power or have no ability to be spied. Spying an Airfield now grants an upgrade to aircraft, which will give them a speed and armor bonus. This functions as a veterancy rank for aircraft. Additionally, aircraft can only be constructed as long as a player has access to an Airfield and a Runway, due to the nature of calling them from nearby airbases onto the battlefield. Showcased are the European Coalition Whitehawk ($1250), which is armed with a ground-tracking EMP missile that can detonate in a 2 cell radius and short vehicles for 15 seconds. The ATOMOS have access to an upgraded variant of this aircraft, the Stormeagle ($1350) have advanced speed and trade an AoE missile for the ability to strike air targets.

Finally, a fixed wing aircraft is back. Also what about the Harrier and the Black Eagle?
There are no Harriers or Black Eagles here, just cousin birds of prey.
I understand, but anyways only the European Coalition will get a fixed wing aircraft units? And also what is that terrorist unit next to the Stormeagle on the left side of the runway?
There will be more fixed-wing aircraft revealed when the time is ready. ;)
Also, the Terrorist-inspired unit is the Mercenary Warlords Flanker, who has seen some updates along with all the other available tools with the upcoming Contracts updates.
