Description
The ATOMOS Chrono Cannon Uplink charges energy within itself, firing into space aboard a top secret ATOMOS Satellite which can magnify the energy sent and fire it from it's Chrono Accelerator Cannon for a large, high AOE impact blast which EMPs all vehicles and structures for a short duration. The Chrono Cannon Uplink replaces the Weather Control Device for the ATOMOS sub-faction.

Doesn't look like it deals a lot of damage but perfect for a two-pronged attack.
