Chronicle 87 mod for Half-Life 2

A Combine Soldier named 87 was assigned to a cryo-stasis experiment as a subject in City 11 (London). He was supposed to stay in stasis for a week, but during the week the uprising started and the rebels in City 11 have taken control of it and destroyed the facility that the player is in and the malfunction makes him stay in cryo-stasis for 20 years. He wakes up to see that the city is now abandoned and overgrowth, the Combine had lost and retreated to sustain other planets, but may return till they reach more numbers, the player must find what happened while he was gone. He must go to City 11's Civil Administration building (Buckingham Palace), where he finds out that under City 11's civil administration building there is a teleporter in there and he needs to power it up to go back to the Combine over-world.
