This time I used the GDI one for Cabal, so GDI will get a complete new one.
It definitely fits the scheme better but I think you really should make it over-all darker...

I agree. I think dark-blue fits CABAL better.
Looks good. But as for cameos, black background doesn't fit.
Indeed, it's not perfect, I use it as a placeholder ATM.
