Because Dogs will get now a more important role, especially after your Watch Towers aren't that effective against stealth detection in future anymore ^^.

GDI is most balanced one (call it vanilla if you prefer)
Nod has less health, but is stealthed
Cabal is a slower, armored cyborg but way more expensive
Forgotten can run very fast and can heal on Tiberium

It depends which kind of gameplay you like. With GDI I would recommend classic rushes or APC attacks.

Nod ones can do it on their own, but dogs won't make it easy for them (or any other stealth detection)

Cabal, hmm yes they can run ito a base without fearing to die immediatly, well you get what you pay for right? Their weak spot are AP weapons of course.

Forgotten, if there is a Tiberium field at your way, I would use that. Or you may already made a path with dead Grunts filling the enemy base with Tiberium, so your engineers can heal on their way.
