I pack all Stalker launcher dlls and localization folder in one .exe with using Enigma Virtual Box. Most popular antiviruses like kaspersky, avast,eset nod,bit defender doesnt not detect any viruses in this file. U can launch Stalker from exe and delete Stalker Launcher if u dont trust me.

x64 as far as I know. You can switch to x32 bit version in Launcher/Configurator

Frequently occurs in main menu when randomizing character selection.
I'm not the uploader of STCoP 3.4 so I recommend asking jeredy_hothead who worked with it. Though it might be the original mod issue the devs hadn't fixed. Still, I'll see if there's any sort of fix or solution to this problem.
Yes it happens sometimes when you quit to main menu and then try to start a new game, roll same faction as before. Has nothing to do with SCTOP, engine problem. Don't think it can be resolved through scripting, tho its not critical.
Just dropping by to say everything seems to be working perfectly fine (And smoothly, too!) with the exception of the basic outfit repair, and gunsmith toolkits, neither of which work at all.
The helmet, and pistol gunsmith kits work perfectly fine, which is strange...
To fix it need to add all the weapons or outfits to "repair_only" in the /gamedata/configs/items/items_repair.ltx for [itm_gunsmith_toolkit] and [itm_outfit_toolkit]

You can do both.
For example for AKS74 it should be the name of the gun from w_ak74.ltx file located at 'gamedata\configs\weapons\'.
After equal sign will be somethng like this - wpn_abakan,wpn_ak74,wpn_ak74u,wpn_beretta,wpn_bm16,wpn_colt1911
For the outfit take the info from 'gamedata\configs\outfits\'
Files outfit.ltx, outfit_exoskeleton.ltx, outfit_helmet.ltx outfit_novice.ltx and outfit_scientific.ltx

I'm having troubles translating this mod into Chinese, it seems the engine encode system has changed, as I cannot use Chinese translations from 1.4.22 at all, for example, the character 选 turns into ) and 99.9% of the characters are missing. I've refered to github's engine code, seen some differences about MultiByteToWideChar, can you explain how it is possible to use UTF8 based languages to work with more than 255 characters? I'm totally confused now
From what I know, 255 characters is the game engine limit. This issue is not only present in CoC 1.5 but in many other mods too. I know people who work with programs other than Microsoft Word and alike so I'll inform you if they give me a proper answer.
Yes, exactly what I meant. The encoding system is properly working in COC1.4, I just can't figure out why the engine "rolled back". The X-Ray engine supports UTF8 coding and thus Chinese is properly displayed with mb_symbol_coords in ui_font_xx.ini, and only in COC1.5 and other mods built on it this problem exists. I truly appreciate this engine and thank you again for your reply, I'll be waiting for a solution. :)

Whenever I try to kill the phantom waves that happen during the CoC story, I crash whenever I kill the last one. The crash log provides nothing, just stack trace. Is there anything I can do to prevent or work around this? I'm pretty far in my playthrough right now.
Just stopping by to say I have the exact same problem. Killing the last member of the third wave of the phantoms will crash my game without fail. As with your problem, the crash log just shows an 'unhandled exception', and a stack trace.
