Hmm, I don't know what's wrong, but I installed it like the "readme" says, and although I can create custom race with the portraits and backgrounds of Caldari, I don't have the faction "Caldari" to choose from. And if I try to create a custom one, there are no new ship designs? Anyone knows what may be causing this? May this be due to the fact, that I haven't updated the game in a while? Or because I had created my own race out of base resources before? I would really like to play this race, because it has awesome ship designs. Please help, if you know what's wrong.

Ok, found the issue myself- it seems I turned off the "enable mods" when I clicked it, after installing the mod (thinking that it is off).
Well, now I get CTD every time I try to start a new game, during the "Building Map..." screen. Anyone knows what that might be about? I've already reinstalled the game (to start completely 100% clean) but the problem continues. Every time I load any race with the Caldari ships designs, the game crashes on "building map". Anyone help?
I don't know about the Caldari (yet), but I have similar issues with the Federation faction mod right now. Things worked fine with GC3 version 1.1, but with 1.2, the Devs seem to have changed something that screwed custom shipstyles up, and maybe the modders will have to find it and fix it first.
