Question:
You will be limited to have 20 mongoose? Or you can call 10 times the reinforcements only?
Mongoose can be build normally on Factory?
You can call other units??
Packages count will be recharged after few moments so you can call unlimited number of them, if you have time for that.
You can also call a bomber to crush target site.

Can it be killed?
And... With this you can make protoss warpgate?

Yes. Dropships will be appeared on random position of map's edge,as well as bombers.
You can destroy them, but you must see them carefully because it's neutral unit with player's team color(not decided yet, so can be changed after).
Protoss warpgate can be made with other gptp commands actually, since gptp stores data about units in queue as well.

the mongoose is awesome, like C&C's juggernaut in starcraft, but I think the bomb drop support is too powerful, a little unbalanced
