The map featured here kinda feels like a recreation of one of the city levels from Duke Nukem 3D's third episode, though I can't think of which one.
I think it might actually be a level from blood 🤔
That's more than likely given the fact it's a Blood specific weapon, but I am very excited for everything new this mod is going to offer. Seems like Zoony's made a full on campaign of various classic FPS levels recreated in HL1 and I couldn't be more excited!

minigun from DOOM
shock roach
spore launcher
barnacle grapple
penguins *cuz why not*
displacer cannon
chum toad
beretta
357 *but you can put the laser or flashlight on*
silenced MP5 *like the silenced glock*
tau cannon *but with the handle from the beta*
right click for tossing grenades just like HL2
beta animation for placing trip mine
Race x aliens
unused aliens
unused human characters
opposing force male assassins
unused models
flash grenade *cut weapon from opposing force*
unused textures
And that's all I have I hope you like these ideas and new weapons.

I knew that appearance of such weapon in any brutal modification is a matter of time, but can we have proper m2 flamthrower instead of a can of axe effect and lighter?
