1 man personal mod, but if you wanna help it's more than welcome.
What i try to do.
Add some new music, vehicles and change gameplay bit but resource system will be same. Details will be posted later. Yeah and more Fx's. Campaing will be removed because it takes too much time to edit everything. I may also make ai better. But it will be not top priority.
