I haven't even finished it but I can already say this is one of the best Doom mods I've ever played. Or just one of the best fps games in general. The level design and the new textures are outstanding. The pacing is perfect. Very good music as well. I wish it would never end.
I was having a hard time adjusting to the difficulty on the maps, playing on Pistol Start, even on Hurt Me Plenty. Then I just started using the "Resurrect" console command every time I died, and to my surprise the levels are so well constructed that even then the game retains some challenge regarding ammo management and finding where to go, solving puzzles. Top notch. Playing carefully, slowly enjoying every room. 10/10
I want to see Episode 3
Question, is there going to be an episode 3 or something? It's just to know it.
Any news on episode 3? I understand it's still on development, but that it's going very slowly
just like half-life 2: episode 3
Or Half-Life 3, Team Fortress 3, Portal 3 and Banjo-Threeie.
