on a side note: I've added a lot more generals over the last few months. there are now over 350 different generals assigned to 42 national factions.

Description

I've added some new factions. now that we've got a broader range of options in the World War 2 Metagame I decided to add the Baltic nations of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. I remember somebody asked about Vietnam several years ago and decided to add in a Viet Minh faction. it will be similar to the recently added Thailand faction. in this shot I've high-lighted a high-ranking Lithuanian general and a new French general that I found especially interesting. (hint, add Juin to any Italian campaign missions for a nice change of pace)
