Estonia is an infantry-only faction. however, there is one general: Major General Johannes Orasmaa, who is allowed to summon a mixed armored car/tank regiment with experience points. this regiment will bet brutally crushed in open battle with enemy mechanized and tank regiments... but if you save them up and get a division tent's worth you can use them for stealing cities or for mowing down swaths of enemy infantry.
