my original plan to post an update was delayed by so much I felt like I should add in some new factions to make up for it. somebody asked for Lithuania a long time ago, and I figured I should add that into the game.
(for those who don't know, Lithuania has a lovely musical tradition. Jonas Tamulionis has written some fantastic choral and solo guitar music over the last few decades. oh, and watching Tadas Šumskas conduct choral music has been one of my all-time favorite musical experiences in concert in the last 20 years)
oh, and I thought it would be nice to include Lithuania since it was involved in one of the longest on-going Partisan warfare campaigns in Europe during the 20th Century.
