Description

I started plans for a Borneo map years ago... but life, work, and family problems kept getting in the way. this new map will have Japan fighting against the British and KNIL forces to conquer the island. there is new mountain terrain and buildings. I found that I could create new alternate buildings by simply reallocating the skins in the shared folder. so, here you see reskinned Eastern European buildings with a Mediterranean flavor (orange and gray). I also added alternate versions of the original Mediterranean buildings to reflect the colonial tendency to use yellow and brown on their buildings as well.

like most of my maps... I rely on multiple maps and photographs for reference. and intend for it to be used more than once for multiple factions.

the first battle will be in June of 1942. the second time will be in the spring of 1945.

factoring in various work/life concerns... my hope is to have another upload ready by June.
