I concur, while I know the Stormtrooper serves as a symbol of fear to most sentients, only one single trooper defending a governor's quarters is just... to few.

Maybe you could add one or two standard Stormtroopers with their E-11's?

The Governor's Palace spawns a detachment of Storm troopers already

Buildings can't really have units standing around (because they are implemented as turrets)

Maybe an additional 1-2 E-Webs on those barricades. And possibly if it wouldn't make it overpowered an AA turret on the roof of the garage.

Might be a tad OP, but it is a Governor's palace after all.

Agreed with Delta730. I feel like if its going to be the palace of a governor in needs a little more fire power. The Moff Palace should also be pretty powerful in my view as well, I mean its the Palace of a Moff, it technically should be nigh impossible to break through!

Might as well remove the Palace and integrate it with the stronghold structure then.

Or maybe name this "Minister's Palace" or something and have a different version of a base be a hybrid government (bonus income, etc.) and military building.

Oh and correction: Moffs are SECTOR governors.

I agree w/ Delta730, and isa0005's comment about the Moff being buffed to be significantly more powerful is also something I especially agree with. The guy that holds an entire sector under his control should indeed have defenses that can easily ward off medium attacks, and have decent aa and at capability.

Description

Another push for the next version is for buildings to be more active in battles. We will be doing this in one of two ways. Most buildings will either spawn units or have some sort of defensive turrets or bunker capabilities.

Pictured here is the new Governor's Palace, with a very dedicated Storm Trooper guarding the entrance. While this may deter civilians from organizing against the governor, it is no match for a stronger coordinated attack force and must be supported by other buildings or units.
