Inspired by the old RTS Star Wars: Rebellion, AotR brings many features from this game and other titles such as a more in-depth mission system, tech system, and many new units! Immerse yourself in the Galactic Civil War era as the fledgling Rebellion, the oppressive Empire, or the criminal Black Sun pirates. This mod is not for the feint of heart and will test your RTS skills with a completely overhauled AI and difficulty. Versions newer than 2.6 can be found on the steam workshop only (due to issues with the non-steam versions)
Since we got a lot of feedback about our T2B redesign, Sly has also created a design more similar to the old T2B.
This T2B is the New Republic's modernization of the success of the old T1B upgrades on a new tank platform. Designed in tandem with the T4B, the T2B is designed on the same modular tank interior and cockpit with a lighter frame and hover technology similar to the old T1B.
Fear not however, the old design still has a place in the mod. The old T2B design is the final upgrade on the T1B line, but is only available for the Rebel Alliance.

Honestly the vanilla one isn't even that bad it's only bad when you assume vehicles should look similar to others in their series when real life directly contradicts that many times.
