The Combat Dozer is the Freedom Confederates Scavenger branch tier 3 "main tank", with a single passenger slot allowing the passenger to fire out. Default comes with a Minuteman inside.
Without the backup of army technology, the Scavengers decided to use construction vehicles against the Oppressors, armoring them up with whatever they can find.

Freedom Confederates, huh? Reminds me of that abandoned Red Alert 3 mod, Paradox
Yeah, I based a lot of their lore on Paradox's Confeds, although I doubt that the end result will feel or play like what they had planned.
