A.R.E.A. is a standalone project based on S.T.A.L.K.E.R. trilogy. The project affects all aspects of the game with no exceptions, improving their quality and diversity. The main goal was to create a more realistic Exclusion Zone, where each trip will be a unique and rough experience.

Description

Battery use, every electronic device need specific battery type now. Radiation sensor in inventory and on hud not working without functional dosimeter. Items have now new parameters like: Sleepness, Alcohol effect, instant eat and radiation effect and other. Actor has pulse now, on it depend breath hold, running, sprint and all actions actor can do.
