Currently the development has stalled from the main team, but is still being continued by maxioten, check out this moddb page! The github is also still being updated with that team, so check the GitHub as well. I'm not sure when I'll start working on the mod again.

techs are bugged, can't invent last 2 colonization techs, can't reserarch the capitl ships by 2890(any of them), can't research lumber mills as the invention is bugged. Somehow the years for inventions are set at the 1800's not the 2800's

Did you have a previous version of the mod, and combine it with this version? The two versions aren't compatible, you'd need to delete the old version and then extract the new one.
did not combine, but had other versions installed before. Did not mix up mods.
