A New Sun Will Rise is an HPM based, post-apocalyptic mod for Victoria 2 headed and created by BlazingOak, and revived by Maxioten. It is currently in development and takes place in the 29th and 30th century, in a technologically similar time period to the Victorian era. It spans a century over 2836 to 2936 in a world that is drastically different from today, from its politics to its landscapes.

Finally uploading a version to moddb. Maxioten has his own version too, but we will be trying to combine the changes in the future. Not sure how active I'll be, but I hope you enjoy it a bit. Still pretty broken, but this version has added some flavor to South Africa (Specifically the Kaaper Matriarge)
