Alpha Prime: Dominus Prime mod

Thanks for making this, I was getting very frustrated half way through the game and this re balance made things much better, wish I had it installed from the start. It makes the game feel tense rather than cheap.

Haven't tried the mod yet but I'd like to mention that the biggest issues I had with the game were the absurd amount of cutscenes, the enemies firing at you the nanosecond they saw you, the guns being far too weak and the lack of cover.

The first 3 seem fairly easy enough to fix and I assume you likely have but for the 4th I'd like to suggest modding in some way to create cover. Perhaps add in an ability that lets you form a "tek wall" of sorts, have it form a line from a point you're looking when the key is pressed to the point you're looking at when it's depressed.

Give it a limit to the distance you can stretch it, force it to only work on the ground, let the player have a maximum of 3 out at a time (possibly 1 at start with automatic upgrades at certain points in the game) and give it a health pool that drains after about 7 seconds of constant fire and it should fix that problem fairly quickly.

It's just a wistful suggestion and it could possibly be impossible to add but I think it'd add a nice gameplay twist to make the game much easier to enjoy.

P.S. Would you happen to have a change log available? I would like to read through all the changes made by the mod so I can better understand what I'm downloading and how it will change the experience, thanks in advanced :D

I honestly didn't notice the changes that much. I don't know if I got better at the game, or if the mod rebalanced it.

I played this game a few years ago, it's nice enough.
