Alien Infection is a mod that I got the idea for after playing different horde type game modes. The infected civilians that you have come in counter with in the Crysis 2 campaign now have zombie like properties (not cliche or anything huh :D), but there's a major twist to the gameplay. Instead of just fighting endless waves of zombies, combat will be very mixed up. Switching from zombies, to Aliens, to both, and to massive boss battles, you'll always have to be on your toes. Strategy will have to change nearly every round. On top of that I've come up with some ideas such as nanosuit perk machines, and a whole lot of other useful suprises. I admit that I am very new to modding Crysis and have been secretly working on this in my spare time (I don't get much with school and other obligations) for quite a while (including the learning curve). I feel like I finally have enough done to showcase (I also think the rest won't be hard to complete).
Unfortunately I have been extremely short on time the past few months. I haven't really had the chance to work on this and it really upsets me. I'm hoping to pick this back up and progress with it once Crysis 3 has been released. Thank you to all the supporters who genuinely care about where this is going. In the mean time I will be seeking to improve my skills in Cryengine and finding a dedicated group of people to work with.

i have done a house,a little one, but i canot play it in the game, i only can run it on the editor, hope you can open it, uses the horde mod (youtube video) as base:
for some reason, when im goona put vegetation or textures the editor crashes, so i havent puted texturs because of it.
and do a ouse using this?

You've got some great ideas and I'd love to do all of them, but before I even start planning what's next for this mod, I want to finish what's first. Maybe after the first map I'm making I'll start working on your idea because it is very well thought out. I like that zombies map you're basing your ideas off of too, so I'm right at home with that. I'll let you know in the future.
ok, i know people (me too, but not that much) that know how to do good 3D models, if you need soemthing tell me (something not too hard).

Thanks and I think that vid was done in the standalone Cryengine 3 SDK, not the Crysis 2 mod sdk.
lol now that i remember:
this map is one of the best ones ihave played for zombies.
and a 2 last ones, an underground floor, and inside it adoor (blue) that inside it there is a energy generator,in one of the waves lights turns off (the map is suposed to be on night) and you have to go to activate it if you want tosee better and reactivate the energydrinks etc etc...
there are holes on the walls where zombiescome from (also aliens), here is where the rest of the weapons are, close to the generator there is the most powerful weapon.
you do not need so many details, if its playable then all is ok.
