Premise:
In a desperate effort to squelch the rebel uprising Breen unleashes a new horror upon the world, the Air Exchange—a huge atmospheric reprocessing plant that threatens to make all the earth’s air unbreathable in a matter of days. Gordon Freeman is tasked to stop the operation before all is lost, but it won’t be easy; they know he’s coming.
Behind the Mod:
Air Exchange is a mod based off of Valve's original concept art and story (as can be seen in Half-Life 2 Raising the Bar). It was planned to be in the original game but never made it through. I want to bring the idea to life for the HL2 community to enjoy and use it to showcase my skills by modifying their original idea and creating my own levels, storyline, gameplay, and more.
This mod was originally called Terminal and had a very different concept. But, while it has undergone tremendous changes, I will still be incorporating a lot of ideas from Terminal into Air Exchange.
