Description
The Mobile Command Vehicle, or MCV, is the foundation of any PRA base. This large vehicle can deploy into a Command Center which has the ability to construct all PRA structures whilst providing a battlefield radar once deployed.
The resources and technology to construct a MCV are significant. A commander may only have one MCV on the battlefield. If a Command Center is deployed, commanders are not authorized to construct another unit until the Command Center is destroyed or sold.
