Allied Generals Shattered Alliance (AGSA) is a total conversion modification for Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge using Ares and Phobos engine extension tools.
The first Luhai class destroyers were laid down by shipyards near Dalian, Liaoning province, China in the 1960s. Initially intended as an experimental vessel, the Luhai made use of modular construction techniques. Over time the Luhai has received numerous upgrades to its sensor equipment, armaments and engines, resulting in a highly effective naval combat vessel.
The Luhai is a multi-role destroyer designed for shore bombardment duties and anti-aircraft defense.
The 130mm deck gun is effective at engaging naval targets such as ships and base installations e.g. supply centers, airfields and barracks. Powerful computer and radar technology enables the anti-aircraft 40mm flak cannon to accurately track and destroy airborne threats, resulting in 360 degree AA coverage.
