I just installed the mod, and when i open the launcher and click on "launch" it closes and nothing happens, how can i fix this?

Question?

On step 2 of the instructions of the install instructions, when it says, "Open Napoleon: Total War, after making a fresh install or somethin like that", do you mean like I have to open the game, and then install ACW while Total War: Napoleon is still running?

What's the difference between this version and the 2019 version?
