The models are great; but please try to implement some variations; uniformization in a medieval era is highly unrealistic (even for fantasy).

I would never say uniformation in fantasy is bad.
Tho, only uniformation they had in medieval ages was pretty much tabards.
But by the looks of it, the makers of the mod is still going by the style of the series. Hence they are prolly using armors looking the same and such.
about time they decided to implement different armor models! Now i'm really hyped for this. Hope they rework crossbow and spear damage as well. They basically useless right now and that's what kept me from playing this mod
5-10 minutes with Morgh's tool and you could fix damage values yourself.
I personally can't tell what the faction is these guys are from
they look like mixed Stormlands and Dragonstone after the death of King Renly.
