This mod is absolutely stunning. I love the music, the places you can visit and explore, the dark and brutal atmosphere, the difficulty and the new skins, weapons and armours. I also liked the writing, which is a rare thing when it comes to mods.

Played it a lot with my honorable Reach knightness, even got a castle and a village before I took a break. Just two minor things: First, I didn't do the Night's watch quest until very late in the game, after the Lannisters were wiped out. Was pretty weird to see them reappear - perhaps make the red wedding happen only if the Lannisters are still in play?

Second, the diplomacy messages get a bit disturbing late in the game - there are lots of them. Would it be possible to turn them off, or make wars being declared less frequently?

Thanks for a great mod!

So I had some ideas for mod while playing:

1)Add the crownlands as an independent faction and make them permanently allied with the westernlands. The Westernlands always gets killed off (without player intervention) and 2 allies factions usually work better than just one.

2)Add pirates of the Stepstones. They could be independent factions with a lot of troops in their castles (very cheap but good ones), but make their lords have 0 leadership so they cant use them to conquer other factions (if each faction only contains one lord, theyll never be able to conquer anything). Also they should be hostile with everyone else in the map so they disrupt the trade between Westeros and Essos (like what happens in the books). To prevent player exploitation of these cheap troops, make them loose a lot of moral if your character has an honor above -50 (so if they want cheap troops, they'll have a huge opinion penalty with pretty much everyone). Perhaps a mission where the player becomes lord of an island in the stepstones could be interesting.

3)You should try to create some kind of agressive expansion, where if a free city becomes too powerfull, the other free cities band together and attack it. This happened in the lore during the century of blood where Volantis got attacked by pretty much everyone when they conquered Lys and Myr and declared war on Tyrosh.

If you don't want the Westerlands getting crushed too quickly you can do the Night's Watch quest that you're offered early on. This leads to peace between the Westerlands and the Riverlands/the North, which takes a lot of pressure off them, and causes a bunch of lords (the Boltons and Freys) to join the Westerlands.
