Oh man,I'd love to play this RedAlert remake with Starcraft 2's pathfinding. RedAlert3's engine is awful,units get stuck all the time,the frame rate is capped,it's just terrible through and through.
Mod support and the SDK for black ops has been RELEASED! Owners of the PC version of black ops are no-longer bound by the chains of consolization. I shall buy this game when the community starts making their own maps.

Try to make the sides as unique and asymmetrical as possible. I don't know if they should be as specialized as the british and panzer elite though. Examples:One side purchases a dedicated sniper infantry while another side pays per snipe from a basic infantry squad.
Maybe an automatic-shotgun.
Please add more sway (as much as ostfront's),slow down aiming down the sight (same speed as ostfront and darkest hour),put in ostfront's limb damage,fix the controls, and don't use the godawful RO2 bandaging system. Tripwire screwed up so bad making Red Orchestra 2. It's not even half as good as Red Orchestra Ostfront. It plays like a twitch shooter.

No offense to the makers of "The Redalert\" but the mod I linked above better captures the spirit of RedAlert.
actually,only the owner of the camo pillbox can see the housecolor. Other players see the camo pillbox as entirely camouflaged.
Try to make projectiles dodge-able in this mod. In Starcraft 2,even if a projectile appears to miss the target,it still counts as a hit. (Watch as a Stalker shoots and misses while firing at a moving SCV) It's no better than the homing tank shells in the new cnc games.
Don't forget to check rules.ini so you could get the redalert damage system in! Perhaps you could tweak the balance to improve the game. The medics were useless in skirmish matches when everyone built masses of tanks.
I remember seeing patches of dirt in front of each building in redalert. Are those going to be put in?
HoS is not optimised yet. Iget 80+ fps on Unreal tournament 3,but only 25 fps in the ro2 beta. I'm sure tripwire will fix the game. The first red orchestra wasn't perfect when it was first released.
If only Blizzard bought out Command and Conquer instead of EA. T_T Starcraft 2 has an amazingly flexible engine (games of entirely different genres could be made),but mod size limits keep it from reaching it's full potential.
I've joined a server with 71 players in it today. This game blows my mind.it just feels like you're in a real battle. It's so much better than the console crap I've been playing (Modern Warfare 2,Battlefield Bad company 2,etc). Graphics don't mean s*** when the game is this good. Because I've played this mod,I'm going to cancel my Battlefield 3 preorder.
