Unfortunately it always crashes around turn 10, i tried several times with different factions. It is a pity because it was such a nice mod.
Just a suggestion by my point of view about the changes of era for troops.
I believe that it would be much better to make those changes to happen for everybody by event at the same time (maybe an event which happens randomly within a 10-20 year period).
In this way, first of all the player can enjoy the tech tree without rushing to those main points. Then you could also remove all the cheat bonus in tech research for ai. And eventually every battle is matched with the same era troops, in this way.
Just an idea. I am enjoying the mod.
It occurres in every campaign, the first settlement I conquer. If then, i have a battle which wipe those few garrison out, it is restored in a working way.
Hi, nice mod. I found out that after conquering Turin by waiting for its surrender, the garrison never refills. Playing with Milano and waited tens of turns but those units just don’t refill their rank even if I am able to recruit the same.

Just to make it clear:
I didn’t delete the mods because these last guys came and said their bad opinion on my work. I have always felt far superior to them and I will sure keeping.
I received a message from ModDB stating that or I let my mod be possible to rate or they will make it happen in any case.
Since I don’t accept that who ever passing by may be allowed to spit his opinion on my work, and since it is a matter of principle, I reached the agreement that I will delete my mod before Christmas and they will not do anything before that day. So who wants has still a chance to download my mods in these few days.
That’s all.

Usurp The throne Patch:
It needs the other two files before you paste this in the module folder

- Add the possibility for the player to usurp the throne of your liege and to become the leader of your faction (killing your liege)
- change some battle musics
-change some units' equipment and armours
- fix AI Formation tactics (less turning around while ai is facing enemy formation)
-added a couple of new armours
-improved some textures

Well you can modify one scene or all of the randomly used, they depend on the terrain where it is fought, but you can not choose which one will be used among them . If you retreat and refight several times at the beginning of a battle, you will progressively see all the map used. But they will be used also in the other places with that terrain

It is the many cast computing your pc must do. You can old crtl space for a few second, release it for a couple of seconds ans so on

those are different. For what I can guess you must study those tutorial before trying or you would just make a mess
