Thanks for the comment! The game doesn't have very strong colors because it relies heavily on a strong atmosphere with a horror element to it. I thought that boosting the brightness would result in a more "lively" and less scary mood. :-)

Once again, thanks a lot for your support! :-)
Thanks a lot for the kind words about this project! I loved the ambient music in Amnesia, so your suggestion is indeed a very good one. Cheers! :-)
Thanks a lot for your interest and support for this project! I'm still thinking about which puzzles to use, but I'm currently considering stuff in the same vein as the old Tomb Raider and Prince of Persia games (manipulating mechanisms to open certain doors, moving boxes in the right order to progress, etc) and maybe also some more unique ones. Cheers! :-)
Thanks for checking out this Dev Blog, glad you enjoyed it! :-)
Glad you enjoyed it! More news on the development of the game are coming very soon! :-)
Glad you enjoyed it! A new dev blog will be posted soon and hopefully some ambient music as well. Cheers! :-)
It's still very buggy, but I really like the concept of this game and I think it has true potential.
Despite being very short, I really enjoyed every moment in Dear Esther. There should be more people trying to develop this sort of games nowadays.
One of the most peculiar games I have ever played... Everyone should give this one a try, it's not a game experience that you can easily forget.
I don't think that this game is insanely original but it's damn well executed and it gets everything it aims for just right. Keep up the great work.
I still remember playing Amnesia when it came out nearly four years ago and the scares it gave me... My favourite horror game of all time (along with Silent Hill 2).
I always thought that this game was so underrated... I loved every second I spent playing The Masquerade and there's still nothing quite like it out there. I would really like to see a sequel or maybe a remake... Anyway, at least I'm happy that it managed to get a cult following... it sort of adds a little to all the vampire creepiness. :-)
I still remember the original Half-Life game as the most interesting video-game experience that I ever had... What you guys are doing here is amazing and one best things that old Half-Life fans could ever ask for. :-)
I'm really looking forward to the next chapter.
I really enjoyed this game's soundtrack. Very simple and immersive.
No other game as ever managed to compete with STALKER's dark and unique atmosphere.
Looks very interesting so far, keep up the great work! :-)
