Wait, my settings are DX9 with enhanced/full/whatever (I don't remember) dynamic lighting and I have all these features. The game runs on 60fps on any DX version and the only issue is how often the game crashes. With anything above DX9 it could literally crash every 2 hours, could even crash in 30 minutes if I had built in SSAO turned on (not to mention it's ugly as sin, you're way better off getting Reshade). On DX9 crashes were related only to lack of memory, since I usually play with Warfare
Post a comparison then. I used to play on DX11 believing the same thing, and after I got tired of crashes I switched to DX9. Difference was either incredibly small or there was none, since I haven't noticed any. And less crashes definitely outweigh any possible eyecandy.
From what I know DX10 and 11 is visually same as 9, but less stable. Also DX9 has multiple lighting modes, not only static lighting.
Regarding dynamic anomalies spawning system, is it stable? The DoctorX system crashed A LOT in my experience.

Is this mod intended to be actual fantasy (say, like Prophesy of Pendor) or to be more or less realistic (vanilla Warband)?
Also don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the mod thoroughly, lovely visuals too. But the list of features is somewhat limited. For example, I wish I could construct my own village which /may/ eventually turn into a castle or town, depending on my choice whether it's nature is military or not

take a look at gta modding scene. these guys simply did not came up with making 1st person camera mod for IV until V came out, lol. literally nobody even experimented on that **** before?

There was a project to translate the game to Spanish, but I never heard of Portugese translation project. You could start doing it yourself, check \gamedata\config\text\eng, xmls files should be in databases
Just copy \eng folder and rename it to \por, you can translate files from now on
