The halters on the horses with Knyaz Guard (late) and Kievan Nobles dont look that functional (but they are functional). It could be better if you widen it a bit more like in this picture:

In Prophesy of Pendor you can buy special troops (order troops) by spending renown, maybe you can use it in a similar fashion?
How will the currency be in the game? Because I don't think the dead cares about gold and silver ^^

The so called "bugs" are:
1. Training field have a number after them (intenunaly?)
2. On start you get your starting equpment X2 (note that it isent nesserily the same equmpment but two armours, two swords and so on.

It takes some time to create a mod... and I belive this mod will take some time and the author is cuite active so it is safe to think that the mod have a dictated team for this mod, so with other words wait and be patient the mod will come eventualy ;)
