Well, if it were me, i would shut down gamespy too. Simply because it's no longer profitable and the playerbase is not significant enough to cause a lasting damage or enormous butt hurt. Though a decision such as this places doubts on the company's ability to actually support it's product and providing contrasting statements is just plain BS.

Actually BF2 don't need saving. And also, I thought we had already saw how good multiplayers will survive unless the playerbase died, literally dead. Even if it loses official support from the publishing company, only issue is the player base probably won't grow that much and when the existing playerbase die of old age there'll be no replacement.

I don't think there's any spoilers mainly because how the game mechanic works and the mod don't really change the dynamic aspect of things in vanilla M&B

China in ancient times are both more technologically and culturally advanced in many aspects than people in Europe. And their system of government is actually effective (in ancient times, certainly not effective anymore when the industrial revolution hits). And that made them assume everyone outside of china is barbarians until they're totally ****** by Europeans, then suddenly, everyone wants to integrate with western cultures and wear western clothes and discriminate against their own race. But for some reason, integration with western ideals and culture caused them to be the barbarians we know today, most China chinese today are uncultured and a disgrace to the rest of us that share the same ethnic group (Taiwanese, Singaporeans, Malaysian Chinese, etc.) But after being bullied so long by foreign countries, maybe they feel the need to be the bully now.

If you don't pay someone to make games would they devote 24/7 of their time to make a game for you? Modders don't devote all of their time to make mods and they're people that are really passionate about the game that is why mods are free. I would love to enjoy your mom as entertainment without paying, but that's not realistic and not nice is it? People that offer free pirated stuff also encourages you to buy the god damn game if you like it. Sorry if I offend, I can be quite rude.

This is going to be one of the biggest mods ever, the amount of effort is obvious :)

Oh and of course not meaning to rush you or anything, I understand new versions will be released when it's ready to be, just really excited to play this on the latest version of ck2. I swear I spent more time with this mod than vanilla game itself.
With the new indian expansion, maybe the indian system can be implemented for some of the nations, that would be really cool :) but of course it's also understandable if you're not getting it yet (real pricey imo) and are waiting for sales. Best wishes for you and anyone that helps with the mod!

Well, the campaign in fire & sword actually have some sort of long chain quests. But other than that it's dull.

Can hardly understand what you mean. I said Fire & Sword is quite ****** in terms of campaign gameplay when compared to Warband and Original M&B (But in campaign Original and Warband are pretty much the same). Fire & Sword's campaign lacked many features that are present in earlier games. And yeah we buy it because it's cheap.

Of course, fire and sword is quite ****** actually... as compared to Warband or even the original M&B.

Yeah, this one is probably going to be a lot better than the official NW expansion.
