OK, I think I fixed it. I reinstalled the mod but this time I didn't update through the launcher and it works well. Also, the "Evil Men" faction is named "Harad" as it was. Interesting...

Hi! I installed the mod and played it. After a few days, I deleted the game (for unrelated reasons) and reinstalled everything again, this time with a different resolution - 1920 1080. And now when I try to start a skirmish with Evil Men, the Palantir is pink and the fortress is invisible. Can you help me, please?
I’m unable to recruit hajduks, despite playing with a native Balkan nation. The event already appeared but still nothing. The AoR still offers Vlach mercenaries only. Stradiots don’t appear too. Other weird stuff - Venetian colonial archers and Cakone handgunners are not always present, despite that I have the provinces and buildings where they are supposed to be.
So, am I missing some special pre-requisites?
PMed the save game. Thank you :)
I regret to say it but there is a big problem with CTD. I started a Bavarian campaign and after the 20ish turn, the crashes became frequent. I started to create saves every year as a backup and it worked for a while. But after turn 72, I couldn't go any further, no matter which savegame I was loading.
Problem solved. Used 7 zip.
When I download the file, I get the message "unknown format or damaged file". Any suggestions? Win10 and WinRar used.

No, they did not. First of all, this is an illustration from a children's book. Also, the infantryman is from the Zemen monastery fresco, roughly 1355 and the drawing is wrong. The cavalryman is a combination of two soldier images in the Boyana church frescos (1250s) and almost every detail is wrong.
The starting year of the mod is 1187. That same year the siege of Lovech concluded with a truce de facto recognizing the restoration of the Bulgarian Tsardom. I don't see any problem here.
