This project is the continuation of our work in Warband crusade MOD "In the Name of Jerusalem". We will continue to extend and improve the old settings. The new campaign map will expand to the Upper Danube, the Nile Delta, the Dinaric Alps, and Transcaucasia. The Bulgarian Empire and Grand Principality of Serbia will be added. Kingdom of Georgia, the Saltukids and the Artuqids (probably Eldiguzids) may comes later. The timeline still starts from 1187, but we will try to add more interesting historical events until 1204 - including the Fourth Crusade.

Amazing. Looks like there's a lot of overlap with Turkic/Persian armies as well. History is amazing.

He is a Bulgarian bolyar from Bulgaria. By the time of the mod there were no more Bulgars, well maybe except the Volga Bulgars, but they are very much to the north of what the map will cover.

The starting year of the mod is 1187. That same year the siege of Lovech concluded with a truce de facto recognizing the restoration of the Bulgarian Tsardom. I don't see any problem here.
