Best use of colours I've seen in a while. Tremendous; a beautiful perspective as well.
WONDERFUL colours. The reds - and contrasting greens distinctively emphasize the innards. Definitely interesting lighting.

I think everyone is pretty skeptical over Nuclear Dawn's work; ever since that big riff raff about the screenshots being photoshoped. Maybe it's not the case here.

Don't fall into the trap thinking big words means big attention. You want the news post to be as clear as possible since that's that basic priciniple of communication; understanding. Keep your language basic.

Find a way to make straight, clean lines. The sketchyness makes it look like you just scanned it out of your scrapbook. Also, if you want to get noticed as a decent mod you have to put more time into everything you post. :)
I'm assuming you are using photoshop. You need to focus on presenting your concepts more. I suggest using the pen tool to outline the pistol and then use stroke to mark the lines.
Go on that tutorial, no graphics tablet is required.
I like how the mapper has started to round off the edges on the walls in the hallways of the barracks, but he needs to think about presenting it more. The walls at the moment don't have any perticular structure or depth in them. It helps to think what a barracks needs; electricty (cables), air supplies (vents), piping, which i can see but needs to be more ellabourate. Other things such as making the barracks look as if it has been used or aged, perhaps broken walls, or decals as someone sugested. The barracks needs more visual symbols inside to tell the player that this IS a bunker and not just some basment you would find beneath a ordinary house.
