"People mountfilesystem error try this fix:

-Exit out of STEAM completely
-Go into the sourcemods folder
-Go into GE:S folder
-Find the file named gameinfo.txt
-Open that file and delete the sentence
"AdditionalContentId 420"

Source SDK Base 2007 is all that is required, and it's free.

Just make the custom fonts support those languages, or perhaps just use a font that supports them, which ever one is easier I guess.
