aside from the pistol not looking like it fired any shots and the water being invisible, I haven't run into any of the other bugs people mentioned. I don't have any other mods installed on my HL either

Is the pistol firing animation also missing for anybody else? also in that one level where you have to turn the valve to get the water level to rise, the rise is invisible, i only figured it out when i started drowning in it
