What can I say about this that already hasn't been said.

The first instalment of "Train Town Project" is an extremely well-made map that consists of your average psychic's puzzles along with vanilla HL2 combat. For what it's worth it's really good and it's such a shame that we'll never get to experience the entirety of RIPTIDE but this small slice really shows the potential that mod had.

Hobo Life: The best questlike mod for Half-Life ever!

Honestly, I didn't think it was going to be this good! the quests are funny, the easter eggs are hilarious as well as the inside jokes.

The level design is quite nice I always knew where I was meant to go.

This couldn't of come out any better and my only gripe with this mod is its voice acting at times can be pretty meh. I mean it's not the worst and not the best.

Though since this mod was basically made by a very very small team of individuals you can't fault it.

If you haven't already please give this one a go!

The replayability is insane!

Ending made me cry.

REVIEW:
I'm very happy I played this on April Fools. I was hoping for some sort of edgy rebel story but what I got was more horrifying. I'm really confused of what I just played, am I missing something? My character was just chilling and then i'm unconscious and wake-up in some sort of hell. I think his mapping is alright but it's just something I wasn't expecting.

PROS:
Mapping is better than what I expected.

CONS:
Very Short - Finished in about 3 minutes.
No story.

Should You Play?
If you're not a fan of joke mods than this isn't the mod for you.

I mean if you really want to go for it and download.

Collapse - Map Pack - My Review

Collapse says what it is on the tin,
"City 17 streetwar themed mappack. A group of rebels have been pinned down in a street near your location, you are to move there and help them so they can advance towards the Citadel."

I really had a blast playing this mappack but there were so minor let downs.

* The first map has a strider boss battle is a little too hard

* Sometimes the enemies are a tiny bit too hard because of how they are placed around the map and the classes

* The ending is just a bit of a let down since there isn't any revelation and is a bit of an anti-climax

BUGS

The first level has an invisible combine shotgunner that nearly killed me.

The second level has a script that doesn't play unless you wait 2 minutes or noclip around. The door doesn't open to the next section.

Despite the bugs this mappack is really well made!

Definitely worth your time!

I really don't understand the hate on this mod. This man went from making Half-Stories to this masterpiece of a mod. The soundtrack is great the levels are alright and the mechanics are amazing. Please give this mod a try!

I come in thinking this mod was just going to be an absolute ****-show which in respect it is but I never would have thought that this mod would actually make me burst out laughing halfway through the playthrough. I really enjoyed playing this mod and to be honest here the game does tell us the storyline of the beta although it is scatted. The voice acting was amazing and just gave the mod so much life, for now, this is my mod of the year!

Kudos to the devs for making one hell of a mod!

EDIT: When I played this it was a late night and I had no sleep so somethings that may have not been funny to you was for me.

"Based on a TRUE story" wow a guy with a gravity gun killing zombies in a poorly lit town is true (i'm being sarcastic)
